The location was lovely. It was so close to Gare du Nord. The room was very comfortable, I found the bed divine, I fell asleep in seconds. It was very quiet and peaceful.
The bedroom was dusty. The toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom. The view wasn't very inspiring.

the staff seemed very helpful. the location was great, near many metros. there were also nice cafes and restaurants nearby. i appreciated the safe neighborhood.
i noticed that the room felt a bit small.

The hotel includes a pool, and a spa. It can be booked for private use. there is also water at the reception for refilling bottles. This is a nice amenity. sweets are available at reception too.

The staff seemed very kind. They spoke english clearly. claire at reception was lovely and cute, and she made a positive impression. i also saw complementary tea and coffee in the lounge.

The room had everything i needed. the bed felt very comfortable. i also noticed the room was clean. the balcony doors were large. This was nice because the weather was beautiful!

the location is close to rue de martyrs. i found many cafes and restaurants nearby. it is also a short walk to several metro stations. this made getting around the city very easy

Complementary macarons awaited me in my room upon arrival. They were delicious. there was a coffee machine. It made cafe au lait and other options. the fridge was useful for storing cheese.
